Screentec provides services to its customers in need of microfluidic structures, electrochemical electrodes, environmental monitoring, sample collection, and their combinations.
We support our customers in the development of custom screen-printed electrode structures from single to multiplexed units, and assist on electrochemical measurements and sensor biofunctionalization with mutually agreed protocols. We help our customers to find optimal microfluidic structures keeping in mind the requirements of mass manufacturing during the development cycles. Screentec’s R&D experts support the clients in maturation of their ideas and prototypes into viable products. As an ISO 13485 -certified company, our goal is to develop and manufacture In vitro diagnostic tests of the highest quality.

Our In-House Manufacturing Tool Box
Screentec has over 35 years of expertice in printing and converting materials. Screen-printing, mechanical cutting, laser cutting and multilayer structure laminations are available in both Sheet-to-Sheet and Roll-to-Roll form. Having both process options allows flexile prototyping yielding low volume – high mix prototypes, while keeping the mass manufacturing requirements in mind. We can support you with electrochemical characterization of electordes and small scale biofuntionalization in our ISO 5 white room. For packing, Screentec offers custom packing with a possiblity to add nitrogen gas to the pouch. Our vertically integrated processes allow us to add electrical components and create new and innovative solutions for you.
